There’s nothing better like controlling your own food supply. You control how the food is grown, it’s extremely cheap and believe it or not, it’s easier than you think. Quite a few vegetables and fruits that we throw out can be re-grown into plants to produce more food! It’s like printing your own money and having a never ending supply of free food. One of my personal favorites is the avocado.
Avocados are more just a creamy ingredient used to make guacamole dip for your party, they are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. They are full of fiber, and can beat out any fruit in magnesium, vitamin E, folate and potassium content. But hey, they do make some great guacamole as well. So give yourself the gift of fresh avocados and try this out:
