These cookies are made with raw organic nut butters. Just real nuts or seeds, grinded into paste, put into a jar, placed at a shelf in an organic store. Of course you could make this yourself, but that requires an epic food processor, and this is so much easier and not even that expensive 🙂

Basic recipe for 2 BIG cookies:
– 1 egg white
– 50gr organic nut or seed butter
– 1t sweetener of choice
– 1t cinnamon

Here are some combo’s of butters and adds that will blow your cookie dreamworlds:

Chunky almond goji cookies
– 1 egg white
– 50gr organic almond butter
– 1T organic goji berries
– 1t sweetener of choice
– 1t cinnamon

Chunky cashew mulberry cookies
– 1 egg white
– 50gr organic cashew butter
– 1T organic mulberries
– 1t sweetener of choice
– 1t cinnamon

Chunky sunflower chocolate chip cookies
– 1 egg white
– 50gr organic sunflower seed butter
– 1T raw cacao nibs
– 1t sweetener of choice
– 1t cinnamon

Chunky peanut raisin cookies
– 1 egg white
– 50gr organic peanut butter
– 1T all-natural raisins
– 1t sweetener of choice
– 1t cinnamon

How to
Pre-heat your oven at 180°C. Mix all ingredients until a thick and sticky batter presents itself. Form into cookies and put on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake 15min exactly. Hmmm!

Macros per cookie, approximately:
– 150kcal
– 7gr carbs
– 15gr protein
– 25gr healthy fat
